Jeannine

Jeannine C. Fox is an author, workshop leader, and an award-winning speaker.
Like many others, Jeannine held on to the emotional pain from the past. For five decades she was stuck in the memories of her childhood abuse.
“The worse part of my past was not what happened to me, but that I allowed the past to rule my thoughts and feelings about myself for so many years,” Jeannine says. “Believing I was unworthy and would never be good enough I needed emotional abuse help from my own self-critical and self- destructive thoughts.
To help others let go of their past, Jeannine shares the story of her healing in her book Holy Paws, demonstrating that regardless of our age or experiences, within each of us is the wisdom and power we need to heal from our past. Spreading the universal message that it’s never too late to heal from the past Jeannine travels the United States speaking at businesses, organizations, libraries, groups, retirement centers, bookstores, and churches.
Her workshop, “Tools & Tips for Letting Go of Your Past” has provided hope and encouragement to thousands of people, empowering them to rediscover their own goodness and worth, and reclaim their inner strength and power to heal.
Fox says, “Not everyone has been abused, but each of us has experienced hurts or disappointments in our lives. Likewise, we have all held on to the emotional pain from our past. My story of healing from childhood abuse shows others that they too can heal, they too can overcome the past, they too can learn to love themselves.”
Fox’s community service and awards include: Court Advocate for a domestic violence shelter, City Plan Commissioner, Public Building Commissioner, board member of a non-profit therapy dog organization, treasurer for Hospice, Court Advocate of the Year Volunteer Award and Golden Mile Award from a domestic violence shelter, and International Toastmistress Speech Contest Winner.
Fox received her bachelor’s degree from St. Louis University, a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Missouri and worked as an auditor for 19 years.
Jeannine Fox donates a portion of proceeds from Holy Paws and her speaking engagements to domestic violence and child abuse centers which provide physical and emotional abuse help to those in need.
